Helmer Losoa har skapt en flott turistmagnet i Byluft på sørsiden av Varangerfjorden med sin sjøsamiske samling.
Den sjøsamiske samlingen trekker stadig flere besøkende og Losoa er igang med å utvide hovedbygget for å gi plass til noen av fartøyene han har samlet. Losoa har, på eget initiativ, gjennom flere år samlet sjøsamiske bruksgjenstander og mindre fiskefartøyer som har vært benyttet i Varangerfjorden. Samlingene er blitt kjent over landegrensene bl.a. gjennom artikler i utenlandske aviser og tidsskrifter og trekker stadig flere turister og andre besøkende.
I tillegg til den unike samlingen har Losoa også noen enkle overnattingsplasser, en ekte vedfyrt sauna og en flott grillhytte som han tilbyr de som ønsker å tilbringe noen dager i idylliske Byluft. Dette har vært populært blant turistene som har ønsket å prøve fisket i Varangerfjorden. Losoa tilbyr også omvisning til skoleklasser og andre interesserte grupper.
I løpet av sommeren og høsten vil Losoa utvide hovedbygget. Formålet med utvidelsen er å få plass til noen av fartøyene 
han har samlet. Iflg. Losoa står de bevaringsverdige båtene utsatt for vær og vind og vil forfalle dersom disse båtene ikke kommer under tak. Bygget vil bli satt opp slik at det vil blir lett tilgjengelig for de som ønsker å bli kjent med disse fartøyene. Formannskapet i Nesseby kommune vedtok på siste møte å gi økonomisk støtte til Losoa slik at han kan gjennomføre tiltaket.
